Elon Musk Accused of Lying About AfD Interview by Former EU Tech Leader Thierry Breton

A former EU tech leader has accused Elon Musk of “lying like hell” after he claimed that the European Union attempted to block an interview Musk arranged with Alice Weidel, co-leader of the far-right party Alternative für Deutschland.
Thierry Breton, who stepped down as a European commissioner in September after overseeing the implementation of major legislation to regulate big tech, criticized Musk for misleadingly asserting that the EU was trying to censor his conversation with Weidel, which took place on Thursday evening.
On Wednesday, the US billionaire posted on his social media platform: “First, the EU tried to stop me from having an online conversation with president @realDonaldTrump. Now they want to prevent people from hearing a conversation with Alice Weidel, who might be the next chancellor of Germany. These guys really hate democracy.”

Bitcoin Price Plunging: Experts Urge 'Time to Sell' as Crypto Market Faces Uncertainty

Bitcoin and cryptocurrency prices have sharply dropped, mirroring declines in stock markets, following a surprise warning on bitcoin’s price from Tesla billionaire Elon Musk.
Despite a Wall Street investment bank placing a significant bet on a bitcoin breakthrough, the price of bitcoin, which reached over $100,000 earlier this week, has fallen to around $92,000.
As the bitcoin and crypto markets brace for an "imminent" announcement from Musk via X, renowned crypto investor Arthur Hayes predicts a significant crash in both bitcoin prices and the broader crypto market by late March.
